COVID-19 INFORMATION: OCPA’s top priority remains the safety and well-being of its staff, the residents, and community. The downtown Orlando OCPA office is closed to visitors so that the staff and constituents can follow the CDC’s mandate to avoid interaction with others. All OCPA staff members are working remotely.
Filing for homestead exemption, portability and many other exemptions is quick and simple! In addition to safe and secure ONLINE filing, you can file by EMAIL or MAIL and now by PHONE in English or Spanish. See our homepage for links to the option that is best for you!
OCPA is closely monitoring the ongoing pandemic. Information about any additional changes to agency functions and plans to reopen the lobby to the public will be made available on the website and on the agency’s social media platforms.
OCPA’s website (www.ocpafl.org) and customer service phone lines (407-836-5044) are available Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm. In addition, the website’s chat feature has been expanded to include live representatives to answer taxpayer questions during regular business hours.
