Are you 65 or older?

Senior Exemptions

You may qualify for additional tax savings if

  1. You are at least 65 years old on January 1st
  2. You qualify for a homestead exemption
  3. Your household adjusted gross income did not exceed $27,030 in 2011

If we are unable to resolve the matter, you may file a petition with the Value Adjustment Board, located at 109 E. Church St., 4th floor, Suite 450.
