E-notify is a new and free service that allows you to receive information specific to your property, neighborhood, or local area.
- E-mail delivery of your Notice of Proposed Property Taxes (TRIM)
- Periodic sales reports of homes recently sold in your neighborhood
- Periodic sales reports of recently sold commercial property
- New construction activity reports

exemptions: including new exemptions for new homeowners, seniors 65 or older, tangible personal property and the surviving spouse of a first

Are you 65 or older?
You may qualify for additional tax savings if
- You are at least 65 years old on January 1st
- You qualify for a homestead exemption
- Your household adjusted gross income did not exceed $27,030 in 2011
