• All properties displayed have been identified by this office as having completed the foreclosure process and had a Certificate of Title issued and recorded in the public records of Orange County and have not been resold since the Certificate of Title was issued. This data does not include properties that are currently in the foreclosure process or properties that may have a Lis Pendens (suit pending) recorded.
• This data will be updated weekly and is only as current as the data received from the Orange County Official Records Department.
