As of this past May, the state of Florida saw its first month with more home purchases using mortgages instead of cash since 2009. This is big news for the real estate industry, as well as a strong showing for the housing economy!

New proposed updates to the Orange County Convention Center, which brought in over 1.3 Million conventioneers in 2014, and had an economic impact of almost $2 Billion!
